dbsrvr utility use

We are upgrading Siebel Application from IP15.6 to IP19.7 with Migration Installation.

We are facing issues with SES upgrade where dbsrvr component also installed.

We are planning to have new installation for dbsrvr and siebsrvr in one of server where we have only gtwysrvr component installed and use newly installed dbsrvr for database upgrade (upgrep and upgphys in production mode).

Can you please let us know if you see any issue in upgrading database by newly installed dbsrvr or do we need to upgrade database with existing dbsrvr only?
