RMS file immediate processing at Xstore

Hi Team,

We have few .dat file generated from RMS, like item, promotions. How can we process these files immediately to Xstore from Xadmin rather than store close. Currently all .dat files are getting processed at store close. how can we make the changes to process .dat files on immediate basis
