AR Customer Balance Statement Letter Completed With Warning

The 'AR Customer Balance Statement Letter' program is completed with a warning when it is launched from 'Statement Generation Program'.

But the same program (AR Customer Balance Statement Letter) is completed normal when ran individually.

We have observed that the template/layout is not picking when it is called internally by 'Statement Generation Program'. and also, in the XDO_LOBS table , 'ZD_SYNC' column value is 'INSERTED' not 'SYNCED'.

Can you please help us.
