Moving hierarchies in Y-Axis results in window freeze

Hi all,

We are facing an issue with Fusion Client / RPAS version 16.0.3.150.

In Measure Analysis workbook, when trying to move hierarchy tiles PROD, LOC and CLND in Y-axis, the client freezes without being able to continue working. Moreover, we got the following error message in a popup window:
"java.lang.NullPointerException ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the servers error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #1".

However, we could not retrieve more information by the Fusion Client or Managed server logs.

After a short investigation in Oracle community we have found this issue
