Actual departure date is outside of current inventory period of organization

Hello All

We are facing issue at one of our customers. They have the inventory periods open both for current month and next month, but during the last day of the month, they are facing issue with shipconfirmation saying that the actual departure date is outside of the current inventory period.

current date: 31-OCT-19

Current period: OCT-19 (start date: 01-OCT-19 schedule_close_date: 31-OCT-19)

Next Period: NOV-19 (start date: 01-NOV-19 schedule_close_date: 30-NOV-19)

When the actual departure date is passed as 31-OCT-19, we are receiving the error. Can anyone please help us with this? did anyone face similar issue?
