to close a period AP :error APP-SQLAP 10304 displayed

Hi Experts,

I have a problem to close a period of month OCt-2019.

The steps that i do :

go to Responsibility Payables:

1-Control a period AP

2-Close period

3-Choose Sweep  to a next period

4-then, an error APP-SQLAP 10304 displayed

Please,I need a help,because the normal that a last month should  be closed in a thirteen of the month.
