Is there any option other than manual entry in P41112A to create beginning as of inventory balances

We are converting our current ERP  to E1 9.2 and want to use the As Of inventory processing. We are looking for the best way to establish beginning balances and it appears that the only way to do this is by manual entry via P41112A or possibly using a utility to write directly to the file.
