What is the ideal filesystem size for $ECC_BASE directory?

I plan to install Oracle Enterprise Command Center release 12.2 Version 3 and I'd like request our Linux Admin to create a new filesystem for $ECC_BASE directory, can anyone please give me idea how much space to allocate for ECC_BASE directory? and if it will grow after a period of time?
