Host file error - SP2-0642: SQL*Plus internal error state 2501, context 3:0:0 Unsafe to proceed

Hi,

I am getting below error when trying to execute a host file. Seems error happening for & in host file given while declaring parameters.

Kindly help.

Enter value for 2: SP2-0642: SQL*Plus internal error state 2501, context 3:0:0

Unsafe to proceed

We are running this on R12 (12c db).
