How to use oakcli-hmp ?

I'll Trying to running command "service hwmgmtd start" about ODA_BASE

But is not running Command

[root@oda_base_0 ~]# /etc/init.d/hwmgmtd start

Starting Oracle Server Hardware Management Agent: Could not open device at /dev/ipmi0 or /dev/ipmi/0 or /dev/ipmidev/0: No such file or directory
