Cross-Docking and Pool Location

Hi all!!

I have some questions about Cross Docking and Pool Location.

Question 1 - Which is the different between Cross Docking and Pool Location?

Question 2 - When you go to set up a Cross Docking you can configure "Fixed Handling Time" and "Variable Handling Time". This time is refer to the time used to drop off the freight, to pickup the freight or the time between dropoff and pickup?
