Timing of sending charge to GL

Hi,

We have a requirement where, the change should be posted to GL only on realization of at least 25%of the outstanding charge. How can this be achieved using the delivered value of Satisfaction in the Timing field on Item type GL Entry setup. An early response will be of great help.
