How to fix exach 19.3 skipped health checks like skipping audit check Verify database server quorum

Following are many of the health checks that were skipped by Exach 19.3 per the assessment report. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

skipping audit check Verify database server quorum disks configuration(checkid:-339FE456FBDC3549E0530D98EB0AD21F) because audit check execution was killed.

skipping audit check cluster_interconnects(checkid:-8C3303DF6CE5374CE053D498EB0A2851) because audit check execution was killed.

skipping audit check Exadata critical issue EX52(checkid:-8DC87302A2189EF2E053D398EB0A39A3) because audit check execution was killed.

skipping audit check ASM allocation unit size for all disk groups(checkid:-9AC3FDBB9F8B8500E040E50A1EC06311) because audit check execution was killed.
