Is search exclusion supported?

Most search engines allow you to search with exclusion. For example,

keyword1 -keyword2

excludes the pages where keyword2 is found. MyOracleSupport doesn't seem to support it. A search for

rma -"Return Material Authorization"

still returns those that contain "Return Material Authorization".

I remember the decommissioned Metalink supported it. Can that functionality be brought back?
