How to add Process into OTM Cloud (19c) Menu

There are multiple entries under "Process Management" and there is no Screen Set pointed to them. If we use URL, it seems credentials will be involved.

User requested adding Ad-hoc Bulk Plan, which is under "Process Management", to Menu. Has anyone done anything similar? Thanks in advance!
