Customization object analyzer report submission?

I am working with the Customization object analyzer. I successfully ran the R9840DL and loaded the F98881CU. Having issues with the reports.

and need some guidance

I was able to run one of the versions which produced data. However some of these versions don't run.

there is a data selection that is locked,  see below.

There are only two processing options -Source / Target environment -  I am not sure what the data selection should be.

In addition some versions have locked data selection - not sure what to do.

  a) How do I set up these versions to get data
