Bank reconciliation error when running r09600 "record being inserted into table f09617 already exist
I am trying to run this job over BAI2 data. The first program (r09600) runs without error but I am getting the following when I run r09612
It loads part of the data (below) which tells me that it is not a security issue:

If it is 20920207, then what is the fix? They have the severity categorized as a "somewhat desirable feature". From where I sit, it is a show stopper.
