Application & database health check

Dears,

Recently  i upgrade my EBS suite from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9 and to be on safe side and confirm that all upgrade steps are done with success i would like to do a health check o my database and application

so please provide me tools and steps to do the check

please note that i did some test cycle and it's working fine

Note:

Database: 12.1.0.2.0

Application: R12.2.9

OS: Windows Server 2008/R2
