Oracle Isuppport Issue: Unable to open PDF attachment

Recently we observed an issue, while trying to open any PDF attachment which comes in Oracle iSupport, we can able to download the attachment. While trying to open the PDF we are getting the error which says

There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired. This issue happens for few PDFs.
