Oracle GL Approval excluding certain accounts ?

We have the following request regarding conditional GL approvals:

Is it possible to setup approver permissions in Oracle General Ledger so that a manager keeps the approvals for all of his/her department except for one account, and that one account is assigned to a different approver ?

If yes, could someone give us a roadmap how to accomplish above goals ?
