Fluid Open Enrollment via Activity Guide and text catalog used with Classic OE pages

Implementing FLUID OE and have just upgraded to PUM 31.  Some of the FLUID activity guide pages do not appear to use the "old" classic page text catalog items. 

For example, the Welcome page that has text regarding "The video gives you step by step instruction" - we want to change that text and can't seem to locate

it in the text catalog.  Will this require a customization? 

The Dependent Beneficiary Info Summary page that displays the current dependents and a button to "Add Individual".    Is there anywhere on that fluid page that

has a TEXT_ID that can be used to add instructions for dependents.
