P03B123 - Limited access to some User Id for 1000+ invoice upload

Hi,

Currently we able to upload more then 1000 line in P03B121 / P03B123 for all user.

But we required to give this 1000+ upload access to limited user ID.

Can we able to this, kindly reply on urgent bases.
