FTP file size restriction

Hi Guru's

I am trying to run a bursting program (concurrent request) and when file size is small, program is completing successfully but when file size is big, it is going to warning with below error.

I think it is related to file size.Can someone please tell me file size we can FTP to server location from Oracle concurrent program or direct me to Oracle documentation where I can see the details.
