Sales account in Trial balance

Can someone help me figure out on why the sales accounts lacks amount in the trial balance?

The case is I have run my monthly trial balance and when I checked the amount of Sales, it lacks amount since I have checked the amount also in the Sales register report too.

The problem here is the amount of Sales in the summary shown in Sales Register Report is not matched with the amount displayed of Sales in the trial balance.
