Tracking events not pulling up in smartlinks

Hi All,

After 19c upgrade, tracking events entered through integration (shipment status XML) are attached to shipment and we can view them under Shipment Management >> Events >> View shipment tracking event. However, when we right click shipment and perform View Tracking event, OTM doesn't show up any events. Same issue is noticed when we add tracking events in workbench as well.

But if shipment event was entered from OTM UI (using Add Shipment tracking event action),  we can see these tracking events in all areas (Under shipment management >> Events, using smartlinks and workbenches as well). Any idea why tracking events created through integration don't show up in smartlinks and workbenches?
