FR Books and Batches throws error message "javax.jcr.RepositoryException: User null does not have ac

We migrated reports from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4.900 (Manual Export and Import) and when we run the reports individually they are working fine but when we try to run them as book or batches getting an error message "javax.jcr.RepositoryException: User null does not have access privileges" .

When we try to run the books multiple time we get the output but most of the time it's getting failed with the error message. Example from logs has been pasted below
