Attachment sharing across child orgs from master org in Oracle EBS R12

Hi  Experts,

I need your help desperately.

I have a requirements where i need to create single record for item attachment in FND_DOCUMENTS table for master organization and  make that entry a reference or you can say as a shared mode, so that  master Item attachments get displayed at Child level from EBS application UI.

Please help me is, it possible through Item attachment APIs.
