Rejected Cycle Count Entries in the Approved Counts form does not show System Quantity

When reviewing Rejected Cycle Count Entries in the Approved Counts form, we see that the System Quantity, Adjustment Quantity and other record information is blank.  Is this intended functionality for Rejected Cycle Counts?  Or what causes the System Quantity to be deleted?
