Web ADI Compatability with Windows 10, Excel 10 and IE11

Hi,

My client recently upgraded their PC to Windows 10 and since then they are encountering issues downloading ADI documents, Excel is hanging/Freezing etc. At the moment they are unable to import any journals from Web ADI. I was reviewing the notes in Oracle support and it looks like R12.2.6 is compatible with Excel 2010. Any ideas why Web ADI isn't working with Windows 10? According to the notes, there is no patch required for Excel 2010

Any tips or advice would be appreciated, thank you
