Exadata upgrade

I am fairly new to Exadata and will need to do an Exadata upgrade fairly soon. I am in the requirement gathering stage now and have found many good notes. However, I haven't found a note that describes the sequence of tasks for upgrading only the Exdata Components. Is there such a note or document?  Thanks
