Float Holiday and Eligibility

Hello,

the policy of my company stipulates that an employee is eligible to 8 hours float holidays if the employee is hired within the first 7 months of the year otherwise, the employee has to wait until the following January to get this benefit.

I have checked the eligibility tables but I could not find anything that will meet this criteria and I am not sure how to define new eligibility parameters in P08390 based on the company policy. Any suggestions about how to set this?
