Best way to configure NICs

Hi, we're about to install a 2-node RAC (19c GI & RDBMS), on RHEL 7.6 64-bit.

Our nodes have the following NICs:

  • 1 Intel i350 Quad Port 1GbE BASE-T, rNDC
  • 1 Dual Port 10/25GbE SFP28 Adapter

So, we have 4 1Gb ports, and 2 10Gb ports.  We're trying to determine the best way to use them.  I think we should create two teams: one with the 2 fastest ports for the Interconnect, and the other with the 4 1Gb to create the public interface.  I doesn't make much sense (for me) doing it the other way around.

Please, let me know your thoughts. Thanks a lot!
