REFER -- Routing

Hello guys,

I'm struggling with defining the right local policy and also to understand the way the SBC do a INVITE after a REFER.

To explain a little bit the topology:

A is located in realm A (sbc sip interface x.x.x.x) --> Provider

B is located in realm B (sbc sip interface y.y.y.y) --> Internal Realm

C is located in realm C (sbc sip interface z.z.z.z) --> Internal Realm

For each we have a Local Policy defined:
