can i safely revoke select any dictionary from gsmadmin_internal and from ggsys?

we are beding advised to revoke select any dictionary from gsmadmin_internal and from ggsys.

the tool marks this as an excessive right  which shoud be revoked

both accounts  are orace internal accounts and i am not sure of revoking ths select is a good thing to do.

can anyone give me a clue whether or not to revoke this right?

mij database version is:

Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

CORE 12.2.0.1.0 Production

TNS for Linux: Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

the advice to revoke the right is based on  this sql statement executed as SYS:
