Xcenter/xadmin "start servicing all request" in WebLogic post install task

Hello,

I am trying to implement the Xstore 18 product with an application server way, for my company assessment.

I am having troubles in activate the xcenter and xadmin (18_0_1_0_74_XST_0_0_0) war deployment in weblogic 12.2.1.3.

for both wars the install task completes with no issues. But on the activation of the deployments ("start servicing all requests" in "Control tab")

It returned a failed result. as far as I can check the logs generated by adminserver, by managed server, by weblogic running instance and xcenter.log

I can't figure up the issue as following:
