when wil DIST_LN - GL Distribution Status is set to Ignored

Hi,

We are trying to create Journals for Asset Transactions but FS_JGEN is not creating Journals. On Analysis found that in DIST_LN table, the GL Distributions status is set to I(Ignored).

Can any one tell me why the status is set to Ignored and how can we change them.
