Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. is it safe to run "ndd -set /dev/tcp tcp_strong_iss 2" on a live solaris 10 system to change the tcp_strong_iss value from 1 to 2?

or do i need to modify /etc/default/inetinit and reboot?
