How to see values in Vac Hours and Sick Hours in US Statement of Earnings

In the seeded Statement of Earnings form for US legislation, we have 2 fields - SIck Hours and Vac Hours.

What setup is required to see values in these two fields?

Is there any Oracle Note on this that I can refer to?
