Oracle ULA ( Unlimited License Agreement ) Optimization

Hello ,

In my company where we use Oracle EE license and some options like Multitenant, Partitioning, Advanced Compression ...

We plan to buy a ULA from Oracle to optimize costs and avoid any non-compliance issues.

Could you give me more information about the ULA (pros and cons), points of attention and mistakes to avoid.
