JAS-SQL_EXCEPTION_OCCURRED error found. Whenever users logs or open app. it get triggers

Hi,

We have done the migration after that we upgraded the tools from 9.1.5.10 to 9.2.3.5 then we applied all required ESU and built the package so when try to login to web client , we could see below error message in the e1root logs. Kindly advise how we can fix this.

Note:- I am unable to complete the ASI as per the document because PY user was not able to connect to hcprod.

Do you think ASI would be causing the issue.
