Siebel Docker support for production environment

Hello,

For a long time it was advised not to use Siebel on Docker for production environment accordingly to "Siebel Docker IP2017 Production (Doc ID 2530150.1)". Few days ago this document had "Major" update and it is not clear any more for me if Siebel can be used on Docker for production environment. Could you please clarify support scope for Siebel on Docker?
