Siebel self study environment on Docker Hub

Hello,

The recommended way how to get Siebel Docker container images is to create Oracle SR and request necessary images. The purpose of SR in this case is that would have information which customers are using Siebel on Docker.

Oracle DB can be downloaded from:

https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle19c-linux-downloads.html

and has "Oracle Technology Network License Agreement"

Siebel can be downloaded from:

https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SoftwareDelivery

and has "Oracle Standard Terms and Restrictions"

Far as I understand then it is not allowed to publish Siebel or Oracle DB on Docker Hub public repository accordingly to "Terms and Restrictions" because everyone has access to Docker Hub public repository can be accessed. Of course now on Docker Hub are plenty Siebel and Oracle DB containers who were not published by Oracle and who doesn't have any "Terms and Restrictions" by them. I would like also to publish Siebel and oracle DB containers on Docker Hub public repository and the purpose of these containers would be only self study environment. Is it allowed to publish Siebel

Howdy, Stranger!
