Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PN Workflow Approval Changes - Increase timeout to 3 days & Add more attributes to description

Hello All,

We are interested in doing below changes to PN workflow approval, appreciate if anyone clarify the same.

@Vaishali -Oracle since you are the author I believe I hope you have some answers for these

We need to change the Notification Timeout value from 1 minute to 3 days. Can we change the access _level of the standard lease approval workflow, (PNAPPRWF) to 5 or below and change the time out?
If we customize the timeout for the notification and “Uncheck” the option to “Allow modifications of customized objects”, will future patches or upgrades preserve our customization even as it upgrades the non-customized parts of the workflow?
