Error in Customer Account Contact API

I am facing below error when trying to create a customer account contact via HZ_CUST_ACCT_CONTACT_BO_PUB.create_cust_acct_contact_bo api:

Error:  ~ Invalid value for RELATIONSHIP. Please enter RELATIONSHIIP_ID, RELATIONSHIP_CODE, RELATIONSHIP_TYPE value from HZ_RELATIONSHIPS. ~ An error has occurred in this embedded business object: CUST_ACCT_CONTACT.

Customer Account Role ID:

Customer Account Role OS/OSR: USER_ENTERED,

I have checked all values about which error is being shown. All values are correct.

Script has been taken from note 1970421.1 but has been slightly changed becuase it was throwing error of wrong number or type of argument error. We have EBS 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.2.0
