SKIP BASELINE ESU JDE 9.20

Hi,

when I am looking for doc id : 1053900.1- Base Line ESU  9.20, my question:

1. can we skip baseline esu 9.20 to apply on system jde 9.20 ? and can we apply optional ESU ?

2. what happen if we no yet apply base line esu 9.20 ? but we using sales order, procurement , distribution module, example we not yet apply baseline esu for :

JN13558 Distribution

JN13837 Distribution

JN13776 PROCUREMENT

JN13397 Sales Orders

baseline that is mantaroy esu ?
