Cycle Count Entries with Zero Adjustment not showing in Material Workbench/On-Hand

Our Business has recently started using Cycle Counting in Oracle Inventory.

Our Stores need the ability to quickly check on when the last counts were performed on an item; however the Material Workbench is only showing transactions where an Adjustment has been made. They also need to see when a Zero Adjustment has been recorded.

Is there a way of finding this out without needing to develop/run a report? We can easily query the MTL_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES table to confirm when counts have been recorded, however we would like to be able to query this through a front end search rather than writing a report to show it.
