How to set up exceptions to monitor or review forecast accuracy?

We are using R12.2.5, and want to set up alerts in the Demantra collaborator workbench to monitor forecast accuracy.  I know that we can add an exception to worksheet to show where the forecast accuracy may be above a certain percentage, but how do we set up an alert to notify the users that there is forecast accuracy that needs to be reviewed?
