How to change the chartfield display template for Mobile Inventory Express Issue fluid page?

Hi

In the mobile inventory fluid express issue page, we need to have two additional chartfield value - Source Type and Category, which is marked as hide chartfield (non editable) in the Define CF Display Templates configurations under Design Chartfield.

Please let me know if we can change the value or define a new template to have the additional two fields in the Express Issue fluid page?
