Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am trying to change the background color of a certain record (based on a condition) in a form contains many records.

Can someone advise how to use the property VISUAL_ATTRIBUTE (ITEM-INSTANCE)?
