Unable to download patch using patch Wizard

Running R12.1.3  11.2.0.4 db on SLES11 4bit.

Tried downloading 2 patches using Pach Wizard, and the job errors out:

Unable to download patches. Please verify following :

- Proxy Connection settings

- Internet Access 

- My Oracle Support Accessibility
